On the other hand, the installation of the carbon filter is noticeable, particularly the absorption of chlorine, which is visible. There's still a lack of transparency regarding the composition of the carbon filter (no commercial reference) and the processes (anti-scale). I'd like to know whether we can find this carbon filter elsewhere on the market (autonomy with regard to your company, which may cease trading for a number of reasons and no longer supply the cartridges). The cost of installation is very high, so there's no guarantee. To sum up.

• Hello, By using technology, limescale's ability to adhere to surfaces is greatly reduced. So, although it's still present in the water, it's much less likely to clog pipes and household appliances. The same applies to the shower: although still present, it's much easier to clean the shower enclosure after the water has dried. As far as the filter is concerned, we are the only distributor in France and can guarantee continuity of supply and distribution over the long term.
