    Is the Dauphine a filter?

    No, this technology is based solely on vortex and active porcelain principles. There are no filters. So there's no need for regular filter replacement. The Dauphine uses no consumables.

    What's the difference with a softener?

    A water softener eliminates the magnesium and calcium responsible for limescale. It therefore only acts on the limescale content of the water. The Dauphine does much more: it makes water taste better, reduces the harmful effects of limescale, boosts water's cleaning properties...

    Does the Dauphine remove limescale from water?

    It does not remove magnesium and calcium from water (which are responsible for limescale formation). What it does do is reduce limescale's ability to adhere to surfaces. Instead of clinging, it runs off with the water. When it dries, a fine white talc-like film may appear. This can be removed with a simple wipe.

    Does it consume electricity?

    No, as the device is completely autonomous, it requires no electricity to operate. Water circulates through a specially designed vortex chamber, forming a vortex around the active porcelain.

    How long does a Dauphine last?

    A human life, if not more.

    Is maintenance required?

    Once installed, it is completely autonomous. No maintenance, no consumables and no electricity required.

    Does the Dauphine take up space?

    At 15.8 cm high and around 12.5 cm in diameter, its small size makes it ideal for installation in a house or apartment, especially in a manhole. It's also easy to take with you on long vacations or when moving house.

    How do I install it?

    Installation of the La Dauphine is relatively simple. It connects to the household's main water supply after the water meter or stopcock. It has one inlet and one outlet. It does not need to be installed level or straight, nor does it require a minimum inlet pressure.

    Can I remove it when I move house?

    Exactly. The Dauphine is easy to install and uninstall.

    Free delivery. You will receive your order within one week. Delivery will be made by carrier to the address you give when you place your order.

    The invoice is sent by e-mail automatically after purchase. If you lose it, please contact our customer service.

    I have a delivery problem, what should I do?

    Contact us at secretariat@eau-structuree.com and we'll find a solution together as soon as possible. That said, if your parcel arrives damaged, we advise you to refuse delivery.
